Family Girardi prefer in fact to use organic vegetable and fruit, which are produced on the spot, for the dishes in their hotel. The oil and vegetables are chosen in full compliance with the rules in the field of organic farming, without using any chemical fertilizers. The ingredients, when cooked, thus preserve all their flavor and fragrance, giving the food a full and round taste.

Besides regional specialities from the areas of Brescia and Trento the rich menu proposes also a large selection of Italian traditional receipts together with a choice of salads on the buffet. Of course, excellent local wine will match all the dishes.
