Authentic flavours of Venetian home cooking

Imagine sitting inside a ravelin, a 16th-century fortification built to control access to the town.

The atmosphere is magical, the centuries-old history of this ancient strength can be felt on the skin.

Inside these historic walls, we thought of offering dishes from the poor cuisine of Verona and its surroundings, as they were cooked in our grandmothers' houses.​

We then carried out a thorough search for typical local cured meats and cheeses, purchased in mountain huts, small artisan businesses and dairies.

The offer is completed by a selection of local and national wines and from craft beers produced locally.
