Description

This is the restaurant of the Hotel Gardenia al Lago, where Chefs Massimo Gobbi and Claudio Bertasio prepare dishes inspired by the territory, having fun creating delicacies with local products and with extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits and capers grown personally by the owners. Dinners are served by candlelight on the shores of the lake, and in the summer the restaurant hosts gourmets in the garden, in the shade of the olive trees, laurels and pittosporum.
In the historic stone cellar, where we organize aperitif-tastings every week, excellent bottles are kept, available on the wine list, which enhance the production of small growers who with passion and courage have not conformed to the classic international vines but who, with extreme perseverance, propose the native vines of their lands.
